Peak Flow Meters!

Peak flow meters. How long have you had one? How much importance does your doctor/caregiver place on your readings? Are you good about doing your readings every day?

My own answers: for about five years, even though I've been Dx with asthma since I was 15. I had to ask for it on my own; my doctors couldn't have cared less, unfortunately.

I'm not as good about remembering to use it as I should, sadly.
